Refund policy

At The Posh Pup Collective, every item is handmade by me personally and I take real pride in the quality of what leaves my hands. If something isn't right, I want to make it right. Please read through the following so you know exactly what to expect.

Physical Items — Eligibility for Exchanges
I accept exchanges for physical items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date I'm unable to offer an exchange.

The following are not eligible for exchange:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Sale items
  • Digital products (see below)

Digital Products — All Sales Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales on sewing patterns, the supplier guide, and any other digital downloads are final. If you have questions about a digital product before purchasing, please reach out before completing your order — I'm happy to help.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at help@theposhpupcollective.com with photos of the item and its packaging. I will make it right at no cost to you — this is my promise regardless of any other policy listed here.

International Orders
Due to the complexity and cost of international shipping, exchanges are available for US domestic orders only. International orders are final sale unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case please reach out and we will find a solution.

How to Request an Exchange
To start an exchange, email help@theposhpupcollective.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the exchange and I'll walk you through the next steps.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. I recommend using a trackable shipping method as I cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
