Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high volume periods such as holidays or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping — United States & Territories
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to customers worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the selected shipping method.
Please note the following for international orders:
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are beyond our control.
- Delivery times vary by destination. International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days after shipment, though delays due to customs processing may occur.
- Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping charges or customs fees regardless of your location.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Domestic orders typically arrive within 4-7 business days after shipment. Expedited options are available at checkout if you need your order sooner. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control including weather conditions and carrier delays.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@theposhpupcollective.com with photos of the damaged item and its packaging and we will make it right.
Please note that once an order is dropped off with the carrier, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed in transit. If your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist you with documentation needed to do so.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order please contact us immediately at help@theposhpupcollective.com and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
