Exchange-Only Return Policy
At The Posh Pup Collective, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade dog bandanas for your furry friends. To ensure your shopping experience is seamless and efficient, we offer an exchange-only return policy. Please review the following guidelines:
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- We accept exchanges for items that are in unused and undamaged condition, as well as in their original packaging.
Timeframe:
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges beyond this period.
Initiating an Exchange:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at theposhpupcollective@gmail.com. We will guide you through the exchange process.
Exchange Process:
- Once you've contacted us and received authorization for an exchange, you can return the item to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the exchange for an item of equal value.
Excluded Items:
- Customized, personalized, and sale items are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. In the case of a defect or damage, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and its packaging.
Shipping Costs:
- You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange. These costs are non-refundable.
